Waldron’s Patisserie started in 1985 and was run for many years by Peter and Sarah Waldron. Today, the business is run by their son, managing director Rob Waldron.
From our bakery on Dartmoor, we professionally handcraft a beautiful range of cakes, pastries, pies, tarts, cheesecakes, meringue roulades and desserts for the food industry, combining premium presentation with the consistency and convenience professional kitchens need.

Everything is quick frozen to -18°C and many items are pre-sliced for convenience, making service easier and reducing waste.
Only The Best Goes In
We use organic flour milled in the Cotswolds, cream and cream cheese from Westcountry dairies, and real Belgian chocolate.

Our range includes creative vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and low-sugar cakes, pastries, and desserts. All products are vegetarian and made in a completely nut-free environment.
Fast Turnaround, Nationwide Delivery
We can deliver most items within a couple of days. If a product is not in stock, we can usually produce and deliver it within five days, with courier delivery available across the UK.
