Waldron’s Patisserie started in 1985 and was run for many years by Peter and Sarah Waldron.

Nowadays it’s run by their sons, managing director Rob Waldron and office manager Jamie Waldron.

Cakes and pastries

We professionally handcraft a beautiful range of cakes, pastries, pies, tarts, cheesecakes, meringue roulades and desserts for the food industry from our bakery on Dartmoor. Everything is quick frozen to -18°c and many items are pre-sliced for your convenience.

Our ingredients

We use the very best ingredients in our patisserie, including organic flour milled in the Cotswolds, cream and cream cheese from Westcountry dairies and real Belgian chocolate.

Restricted diets and allergens

Our range includes a wide variety of creative vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and low-sugar cakes, pastries and desserts. All of our products are vegetarian and all of our products (and our factory) are completely nut-free. See details on each of the products in the brochure.

Delivery

We can deliver most items within a couple of days. If we don’t have a product in stock we can usually deliver within five days and we deliver across the UK by courier.
